GM recalls 1M SUVs for faulty airbag inflators.

General Motors is recalling almost a million vehicles due to some issues

with the driver's air bag inflators. It seems that these faulty inflators could potentially explode

which could result in injury or even death to the driver.

According to a safety report filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
